Playground

The playground is located behind the clubhouse and pool. The playground has a variety swings, slides, climbing equipment for kids up to 12 years old.

Club House

The clubhouse is located at 215 Ruth Circle, adjacent to the pool. It is used for community meetings and functions and social events.

The clubhouse can be rented by Ballard Woods residents.

Swimming Pool

Ballard Woods residents enjoy their neighborhood pool from May through mid-September.


It is professionally maintained by a local pool management company.


Residents use their keys to access the pool.
