As part of our service, we are very pleased to let you know about a number of convenient options that we offer, which are intended to enhance and streamline your interactions with the association.


For review and payment of your assessment account, note the following:

• Homeowners have real-time online access to their account history through the Associa Access program. Just visit www.hrw.net and click "Homeowners", then "Owner Login" to view your account. You will be able to see your account history (from February 2012 forward) and view transactions at your convenience, 24 hours a day. Note that the account number from your billing statement is required for first-time registration.
  
• Online credit card payment capability with full security and real-time posting to homeowner accounts is available. We are very excited to have this convenient payment method available for you. Be aware that the credit card company does charge a convenience fee to the homeowner for use of their system, but it is great to have the option available in case of emergency.
  
• Assessment payment by automatic draft is a convenient option that is available to homeowners in all HRW communities. You can access forms at www.hrw.net, send in your information, and we will set up your bank account for automatic withdrawal when your next assessment is due. The one-time enrollment can be stopped at any time, and it is the easiest way to avoid late fees. Your board encourages this payment method, as it is cost effective and convenient.

With the launch of its Pinterest page, Associa has created the Associa Social Kit just in time for summer event planning. Available to community managers, board members and homeowners, the Associa Social Kit includes all the tools you need to know how to plan the ideal community event.

To make hosting an event in your community easier, Associa is introducing the Associa Summer Smash Giveaway. Entering is easy. Associa community residents "Like" the Associa Facebook page and fill out the form under the "Associa Social Kit" tab from May 24 - June 8. The winner, determined through a random drawing, will receive $2,500 for a community event included in the Social Kit (Note: the event must occur before December 1, 2012).
